K-12 Food Rescue Entries Are More Than Numbers!!

1) Include a photo using the new camera icon, . K-12 Food Rescue will include the photo in a tagged social media account you list in the “additional notes” section of your entry.

2) Use the new setting icon, to update your email address.

3) With every submission to the tracking tool you receive a shareable graphic in an automated email as well as a confirmation page.

4) The K-12 Food Rescue Tracking Tool’s most unique feature is the Live Impact Dashboard. Every 24 hours the dashboard aggregates not only the total food items or weight you have entered since your first entry, but also can access the amount of food your school district has entered, as well as the amount of food items rescued by all schools around the nation combined who have made entries using the tracking tool.

You can access this information any time and choose which school you would like to view, and the time period you would like to view it from. Once you have chosen your settings, you may download a JPEG or PDF file on command to share with others. I video tutorial can be found here.
