Past VIA Feed The Hungry Food Rescue telethons have had success asking "would you be willing to give up 1 cup of coffee each month to provide 900 meals a year to feed children and families in need? That's a $5 a month Food Rescue Thrive with Five gift or a $60 one time gift.
If the answer is YES, go to to FoodRescue.net, and choose the donate link then either the "recurring monthly" or "one time". The recurring monthly option has a drop down menu to choose the amount given each month from the donor's card.
Facebook Live videos and all forms of social media have helped spread the word in the past as well. Copying the URL of the Food Rescue Warrior video also introduces people to Food Rescue whether they partner with Food Rescue or not.
